Driven by a passion for my work, I have continually sought to enhance my skills and knowledge. This led me to pursue my dream of establishing a home-based counselling practice. I returned to school, engaged in additional training opportunities, and earned my MA in Counselling Psychology. I am committed to ongoing education, recognizing that there is always more to learn in this dynamic field.

Since January 2018, I have provided in-person and online counselling to individuals, couples, and families.

My approach to counselling comes from a strengths perspective. I see clients' positive qualities and empower them to work through difficulties using their unique skills and resources.
